Every church should be an Outpost of Heaven.

JESUS is returning very soon, and the closer we get to His Great Return, the more important and serious it becomes to be IN CHURCH. Hebrews 10:25 says we are to never quit gathering together in church, especially  as we near Jesus' coming.   

  "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of  some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the  day approaching."  KJV  

  "Not giving up our meetings, as is the way of some, but keeping one  another strong in faith; and all the more because you see the day coming  near."  BBE  

 Why? The closer we get Jesus' return, the more trouble there will be in the world. The Bible calls this birth pangs leading to a dramatic change in dispensations. But there's also an attack on truth, and a lot more  deception. I'm sure you've noticed...  

  Paul told his son in the faith, Timothy, that the church of the living God is "the pillar and ground of the truth."  (I Timothy 3:15) You need a place where people are not crazy, a place that stands solid as a pillar and grounded in the eternal truth of Holy Scripture... no matter what happens in our world. This is the kind of LIGHT, wrapped in the LOVE OF GOD, that will influence and change hearts, minds, and maintain sanity in a culture that has flipped upside down.
